I Am Having Trouble Registering My Account.

There are typically 2 problems that can occur when you are attempting to register or create your account within the Members Area:

1. There are two separate lines for your password which you must enter once on each line. The second is located directly under the first and is for validation purposes only but is difficult to see in some web browsers but the box is there if you click on it. Failing to re-type your password on the second line will result in an error message.
   
   
2. If you have chosen a username that has already been used by another customer then you will also receive an error message.

If you have ordered the program but failed to register and need to return to the registration page, you can do so by looking up your order by using the link below. You will need your order number which can be found on your Clickbank Order receipt.
